Nosara Home Rentals was founded in 1990 in response to requests from a growing population
of part-time residents who were looking for a responsible person to maintain their house,
pay their bills and generally keep an eye on their investment.
Starting off with just a handful of houses,
Nosara Home Rentals now represents over 40 privately owned homes.
Many of its dedicated staff have been with NHR for the majority of those years.
as some people prefer not to rent their home out.

Salary payment of all employees including all required social benefits

Quarterly accounting
Opening and closing of your house for you and your guests

Vacation Rental Services
Marketing of your home on the Nosara Home Rentals website
Correspond with clients to answer questions & concerns
Collection of deposits to reserve rentals, usually 50% of total rent
Aiding clients with their travel arrangements to Nosara
Opening your house and preparing it for occupancy
Meeting clients in Nosara and checking them into your house
Collecting the security deposit and rental balance
Staff is on standby to assist the clients with any problems that may arise
